The Unified Worker Service Controller (UWSC) is an independent community transport project focused on monitoring and reporting on Ayrshire bus services and the broader Western Scotland transit network.

We operate as a strictly independent entity. UWSC is not affiliated with, funded by, or operated by Stagecoach, any local council, or any transit operator.

Our mission is twofold:

• Provide a secure, private, and retaliatory-free channel for transit workers and passengers to log operational defects, safety concerns, and facility conditions.
• Provide an unvarnished, publicly accessible view of live transit reliability and service performance across key corridors.

Independence is our primary feature. Privacy is our primary guarantee.
